14 Photos From Our Backcountry Airplane Camping Trip

My brother and I took our camping to a new level over Thanksgiving weekend! My brother, Brennan recently achieved his goal of getting his pilot’s license and we decided to do a 4-day camping trip in Utah! After extensive research, we were able to find backcountry airstrips throughout Utah and took off for the weekend.

Here are some of the highlights of our trip!

Overall we spent 4 days flying all over Utah and landing in remote backcountry locations surrounded by canyons. It was a trip of a lifetime and something I’m sure fortunate enough to do with my little brother. This trip will certainly go down in the books!
